This place has been completely renewed in 2015 including all modern amenities, airconditioning, fully furnished, brand new dishwasher, washing- and drying machine.

The bedroom offers a private entrance to the balcony that is facing the southwest side of the city. This means guaranteed sunshine until the sun sets. The listing also comes with plenty of storage space and a private bike storage.

The room is available until 30 September 2025. Once a month the apartment is cleaned and this is included in the rent. Ideal for professionals and visiting students or scholars for the summer!
