About the place

Hii!

From the beginning of nov this room is available in the Keizerstraat in a spacious house with a big roof terrace above a cozy bakery, 200m from the beach of Scheveningen! This will be shared with 2 roommates, Marijn and Chiara. Annette is traveling to South America  for 3  months! 

We have lived at this dream location with pleasure for quite a while and hope to find a nice roommate that shares our passion for the beach 😎 and knows how to keep the public spaces tidy.

Living here will be total roughly all incl. €700 per person! It changes in juli with 30 euro thats why it’s roughly 700.

We both like watching movies with our projector, spending time at the beach, enjoy parties but also love cozy nights on the couch. Marijn is a surf and snowboard instructor!
Of course, we have much more in store, but we like to keep it short and simple here.

At the moment we prefer a girl who is between 22 years old and 30 years old. 
We hope for quick and direct communication, so we can get to know each other a bit and make a final decision in time 🤙🏽
