About the place

I moved into this beautiful room in September. I'm the first person to live in it, as this house was just built.
I'm going to Austria for the winter to do a ski season there, therefore I'm looking to sublet my room.
I share my floor with 1 girl and would only sublet my room to a girl.
The bathroom is connected to the room. 
Floor heating makes it super cozy for the winter months
