This nice big room is available close to Theresiastraat in Bezuidenhout for 995pm exc. G/W/E (cable and wifi are included in the rent). Deposit is 2 month rent. Registration is possible. You would be sharing the bathroom, kitchen and cozy living area with 2 students
The room is furnished. The room receives plenty of light.. 
The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, an oven, microwave and dishwasher. There’s also a large fridge and washing machine.
The neighbourhood is quiet and peaceful with many good stores and restaurants nearby. There is a Hoogvliet, Blokker, AH and Ekoplaza within 5 min by walking. There are stops for Bus 23 and 24, and Tram 2 and 6, again within walking distance.
