About the place

Looking for a university student to take over my Executive Queen room at the Social Hub in The Hague, which will be available on the 1st November until 31st January with a possibility of extension until the end of the academic semester which is around the 30th of June.

Rent is €1528.30 per month. This includes g/w/e, essentially all utilities.

Need to be enrolled at a university, preferably close to the Hague such as TU Delft.

Around 30 min by public transport to TU Delft

The room size is approx. 22m2

Registration is possible

Includes a private bathroom with a toilet and shower

Shared kitchen, with own fridge shelf and freezer space

Fully furnished with a queen-sized bed, a spacious desk, flat screen TV, cupboards etc.

Monthly cleaning included with linen change

Includes access to a 24hr gym, includes dryer and washing machine access and a free Swapfiets subscription for the duration of your stay.
