About the place

Hi everyone!

From August 1st, a spacious room of 22 m² will become available in our cozy house on Goeverneurlaan in The Hague. The room is fully furnished and offers plenty of space for a bed, wardrobe, desk, or even a small seating area. The rent is €1000 per month, including gas, water, electricity, internet and official registration—so you won’t have to worry about extra costs or separate bills.

The house has been carefully renovated and features a modern kitchen, a well-kept bathroom, and a toilet that you’ll share with a housemate. At the moment, there is no housemate yet, which means you’ll be the first resident. The house is ultimately meant for two tenants, so we’ll also be looking for a second person to move into the other room.

The location is perfect. There are plenty of shops on the same street for your daily needs, several trams stop right around the corner, and Holland Spoor station is within walking distance—making this room ideal for students or young professionals who study or work nearby.

We’re preferably looking for a student or working professional who’s searching for a calm and tidy place to live. Someone who enjoys a bit of coziness, but is also considerate of others.
