About the place

We are 3 male students, second year in Inholland (Delft), looking for a 4th roommate to share a huge apartment in The Hague. We started to rent this apartment from 1st of July 2024. The place is nearby train station Moerwijk. There are plenty of grocery shops around as well. The living room is extremely large and there is also a garden and a shed. The kitchen features an oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, and stove. There is a fancy bathroom as well. The room offered has a window looking into another room. Viewing is possible, rent is exlcluding utilities, which add up to around 300 euros, which we split 4 way. Deposit is one rent
