The house has a separate laundry room with washing machine and drying racks and an extra sink for hand washing. 
 Each resident has their own refrigerator in the kitchen.  Oven, microwave, kettle, iron and ironing board available.  
The living room is also spaciously furnished.  
The common areas are cleaned every week.  
The rent includes registration, taxes and cleaning of the house.  
Furthermore, cutlery, pots and pans are available in the kitchen.  
Each room is spaciously furnished with a double bed, desk with drawers, office chair, three-piece wardrobe, etc. Bed linen is also provided.  There are also two spaciously furnished spare rooms in the house.
 I am looking for someone who is tidy and responsible with the house, gas, electricity and water and other things in the house.
