-Someone who occasionally likes to do things together with us, but also sometimes needs  space for themselves
-We all contribute to the maintenance of the house since it needs a bit of love every now and then
-Has someone who can guarantee payment for their part of the rent
 
Rent is 586 euros per month incl. g/e. The room is 16m2 and you’d be sharing a big living room, bathroom, toilet, kitchen and balcony. The room is already furnished with a bed, desk, chair and closet. We also have all the basic house appliances such as a washingmachine, oven, microwave, vacuumcleaner, etc.
 
The house is a 4 minutes bikeride to THUAS and 10 minutes away from the city center :)
 
 
 
Now about us: we are both 28 years old, we are both half dutch-half international and both young professionals. We like to have get togethers with each other and friends. We’re open minded peeps and have a thing for bouldering. If you don’t know what that is, we’ll be happy to introduce you to it!
