About the place

Hi all! As I am moving abroad this July, I will be giving up my spacious room(s) in a multi-storied house in the Regentessekwartier. The space totals around 17m2 and includes a private living room and bedroom. 

You would be sharing the house (i.e. 2 bathrooms, shower, kitchen and washing machine) with three other roommates, all of whom are either studying or working.

The room is furnished, as shown in the photos. The space comes with a bedframe and mattress, desk and office chair, sofa, coffee table, dresser, shelves and lamps.

The apartment is located near all types of shops, restaurants, supermarkets and tram stops around Regentesseplein. 12 minutes to Centraal Station on public transport, 15 minutes to Station Hollands Spoor.

Monthly rental price is €680 inclusive (i.e. with electricity, gas, TV connection).
