Close to beach, Several bicycle parking spaces + car parking,  Wi-Fi available. Normal use only. This means  no illegal activities such as hacking or other fraudulent activities or torrent websites which compromises other devices connected to the network. 

Desired tenant will be a quiet person, preferably non-smoking non drinking, absolutely NO soft or hard drug users!
It goes to say that NO LOUD TALKING in the hall where neighbours can hear you inside their home or loud talking on the balcony If you  need to be be repeatedly taught mannerism please do not reply. 

Also no guests or parties will be allowed.
