About the place

We, who work as a visual artist ourselves, have a furnished room available for rent and offer it for shorter periods of up to 9 months for 1 exchange student or intern who does not smoke.
The bright room is part of a completely renovated independent floor and has an area of ± 14 m 2 with a small balcony.
There is a kitchen, shower and toilet that is occasionally used by our guests.
We live and sleep on the ground floor and have two rooms in use on the floor where the room is rented out.

Located in the lively Valkenbos district, opposite the district office and around the corner from Weimarstraat.
There are many shops in the area and it is easily accessible by tram 2 and 3.
The rent for the room is € 600,- including gas, light, water and internet.
