Hi!

I’m looking for a housemate to share this cozy apartment with starting in February. I’m a 26-year-old guy finishing up my bachelor’s degree and working 30-40 hours a week, so I’m often busy. I’d love to find someone who’s easygoing, tidy, and enjoys living in a relaxed, friendly home.

About the Room:

- Available from February.
- Comes fully furnished with a bed, night table, closet, TV (with cabinet).
- Bright, spacious, and cozy – plenty of natural light! Located on the far side of the house (away from the streetside) 
- Shared spaces include a furnished living room, kitchen, and bathroom.

Shared Spaces & Amenities:

- Living Room: A great place to relax or work, with plenty of space and a cozy atmosphere with views of the park.
- Small Extra Room: Can be used as a laundry room or home office (there’s also space to work in the living room).
- Bathroom: Equipped with a toilet and shower.
- Kitchen: Fully equipped with a 4-burner gas stove, fridge, small freezer, and handy appliances like an air fryer, contact grill, coffee maker, and more.
- 150MB/s internet
- Trams/busses within walking distance (15 minutes to city centre) as well as train station Hollands Spoor 10 minutes walk away.
