About the Room
The room is quietly located at the back of the house, right next to the kitchen. The staircase leads to a hallway, with the toilet on one side and the kitchen on the other. As you walk through the hallway, you pass the bathroom and reach a bedroom at the front of the house. A few steps back, there’s a door that gives access to the cozy living room and the rest of the house.

Location and Accessibility
Tram lines 16 and 17 stop just 100 meters from the house, taking you to Den Haag Holland Spoor, Den Haag Central Station, or the beach at Scheveningen in about five minutes. The location is perfect for students at The Hague University of Applied Sciences (right around the corner), and the Megastores are within easy walking distance.

Nature and Relaxation Nearby
If you want to take a break from city life, there’s a lovely park with a petting zoo only 300 meters away. A bit further, at 500 meters, you’ll find the peaceful Schooneroord Park. Walk 400 meters more and you’ll be right in the charming center of Oud Rijswijk.

Additional Info
There’s no indoor bike storage available, but there is space to park your bicycle in front of the house.
