About the place

(About the house)
A cozy room with a nice window in a very spacious home. The house includes the ground floor, the basement, and a private garden. Upstairs belongs to another neighbor. Your room will be underground in one of the basement rooms.
A washing machine is in the garden shed. The living room is very spacious though it has no TV. 

(About roommates)
You will live with two bachelor students studying at TU Delft.  

(Access) 
The closest train station is Den Haag HS which is a 10 minute cycle away. 
The Haagse Hogeschool is less than 10 minutes away by bike and TU Delft around 25 minutes by bike. There is a tram station (7 minute walk from the house) that can also take you anywhere.
Only a 2 minute walk to the nearest small supermarket and a 7 minute walk to Albert Heijn. Every Saturday there is a very nice market in Rijswijk that is only a 10 minute walk away. 
There is a very large park less than 5 minutes away by walk with football and basketball courts.
