About the place

A room in Damasstraat will be available from early november until the contract ends in march. The room is around 12m² and you will be living with two guys studying at Delft. You will be living on the ground floor while the two housemates live in the basement. There are two bathrooms, one big living room (with a kitchen) and a garden. 
The rent is 700€ per month with a 1400€ deposit. The cost for gas, electricity, water, WiFi will be calculated on a monthly basis. There is also a washing machine that is rented.
In the room, there is furniture that I bought when I moved in, but I will take some of it with me, so we can negotiate on that.
You will also be living with a hyperactive cat :)
