About the place

Offered: a room of 10m2 in a student house (3 students - 3 rooms). The house (130m2 in total) is situated in the Moerwijk district, close to Zuiderpark. Very well accesible with bus and tram (line 9). The street is quite and peacefull.   

Besides the room you have acces to a big living room, bathroom and a front and back garden. The room will be let with furniture, these can not be seen on the pics. When rent start, furniture will be placed in the house.   

The costs are 635 euro per month. All inclusive. Gas/water/electricity and internet. The room will be rented out for a minimum term of 1 year (intentionally) under condition of a campus contract (only for students who attend a hbo or wo institution). Contact with parents my be requiered.   

Please mind: this house is only for students (mbo/hbo/wo) who are gay or are gay friendly. At the moment there are two tenants. The room is available as of the first of november.
