Our housemate is sadly leaving us, so a room for you will soon be available in our home!

We are a cozy house of three students located in the heart of The Hague. The university is just around the corner, you can crawl to the city center, and The Hague Central Station is only a ten-minute walk away. That means getting to Leiden is super easy too! You'll share the bathroom, toilet, kitchen, and washing machine with two other housemates. The bathroom and kitchen were renovated earlier this year. Bonus: the room has just been painted, and you can take over a variety of furniture in great condition (double bed, bookshelf, curtains, desk, chair, etc.) for a nice price!

Who are your two future housemates? We are Thijmen (21) and Sander (27). Thijmen studies classical composition at the Royal Conservatory, and Sander is pursuing a PhD at Leiden Uni. Thijmen often spends countless hours in the kitchen whipping up fantastic meals, is keen to taste all the best wines in existence, and is always up for a chat. Sander often feels a sudden urge to bake a pie, is into discovering craft beers, and is frequently busy with running or his korfball association. Our house has a relaxed vibe with no obligations, but we enjoy eating together now and then and doing things as a group from time to time.

Who are we looking for? Ideally, a fun, easygoing student who speaks or is willing to learn Dutch and isn’t looking for a super “studenty” house. Gender doesn’t matter. The housing association (DUWO) requires that you study in Delft, The Hague, or Leiden and register on ROOM.nl. There are NO priority rules.
