About the place

A room of approximately 12 m² is available in my apartment on Spui (The Hague Centre). The room is furnished with a comfortable fold-out bed, a desk and a chair. In consultation, I can purchase a wardrobe once a tenant has been found. Don't need the desk? No problem, I'll put it in the storage room.

You will share the apartment with me. You will have access to all amenities: a modern kitchen with dishwasher and combi-oven, bathroom, separate toilet, washing machine and dryer, fast internet, balcony and a storage room for your bicycle. The robot vacuum cleaner/mop keeps the apartment clean on a regular basis. Registration at the address is possible.

The location is ideal. Within walking distance of The Hague Central Station (7 min) and Hollands Spoor Station (12 min), close to The Hague University of Applied Sciences and Leiden University Campus The Hague (Wijnhaven, 5 min). Supermarkets, the city centre and public transport are all around the corner.

The rent is €850 per month all-inclusive, including gas, water, electricity, internet and service charges. The deposit is one month's rent. The room is available for a maximum of one year and is intended for a quiet, independent student or intern.
