The total apartment is 100 sqm with shared facilities (with 1 other student): a spacious living room, separate living kitchen, terrace, bathroom, separate toilet, 1 bedroom of 25 sqm (with small balcony). The rent is € 695,-  per month. Use of communal facilities, gas/electricity, utilities, internet + use of the washing machine included. The deposit: one month rent.
 
LAYOUT:
The hall and communal staircase give access to the apartment on the third floor. The apartment has beautiful ornamental ceilings. The living room and kitchen are both located at the sunny south site and give access to a wide sunny terrace with a view over various deep gardens. The kitchen has a dining table and is equipped with various built-in appliances (fridge / freezer, oven / microwave and 4-burner stove). The bathroom has an antique marble wash basin and walk-in shower. 
 
We are looking for a quiet female exchange student who enjoys a unique living situation. As you share the stairs and hallway with us the owners, it is important that you are an international student who is a QUIET AND CALM PERSON. You do respect the owners and the silence in the house after 22.30 and the historic environment. The apartment is located in a quiet and historical and diverse neighbourhood, located 10 minutes from the city centre and 10 minutes from the beach and dunes. 
Around the corner the cosy Reinkenstraat offers a variety of cafes, restaurants and unique shops for everything you need. The house is easily accessible by public transport due to the presence of various trams and buses.
