For rent, student rooms in The Hague close to the central station and the Hague University of Applied Sciences.

These rooms, exclusively for (MBO+) students (max. 1 person), are beautifully finished and equipped with neatly plastered walls, laminate or neutral floor covering. The size of the rooms is around 11<->18m2.

The kitchen, bathroom and toilets are shared with 6 to 8 housemates. The corridors and the hall are cleaned weekly by a cleaning company. There are also 6 laundry rooms available with washing machines and dryers that are available to every resident. As a service, all residents of the building are offered free TV and internet by the landlord.

The building is located in the Laakkwartier and is reasonably close to the city center. The location of the building is ideal for residents who use public transport, the station (Holland Spoor) The Hague is a 15-minute walk away and only a 5-minute bike ride away. The Hague University of Applied Sciences can also be reached by bike within 5 to 10 minutes and on foot within 15 minutes. In addition, there are several bus and tram connections in the immediate vicinity.
The rental price for this room is € 440 per month including G/W/L and service costs.

The basic rent is € 350 per month. Rent allowance is not possible.

Deposit is equal to twice the incl. monthly rent.
