About the place

I am looking for a nice person to share with the apartment in which I am currently living, this is a 2 person apartment, the contract is on me, it is possible to take residence. Located ion Den Dolder at 2,5km from the station (in 12 min the train arrives to Utrecht Centraal), close to Soest and Zeist. The place is really quiet and close to the nature. Be aware that a lovely cat (not mine) sometimes comes inside the apartment (so not the best if you allergic). I am 29 years old, worker, from Italy, living here since 2,5 years, I am friendly and I have plenty of experience of shared rental apartments. Every nice person is welcome, I don`t care which gender o nationality.
