About the place

I am a quiet 24-year-old man looking for a new roommate. The current tenant recently moved out, and a room has become available.

The bed is including, but the cabinet needs replacing.

I work full-time as a software developer at the office, and am usually in my room in the evenings. I’m very quiet myself, so I’m looking for a roommate who is similarly quiet.

I don't have a preference between male or female roommate.

The house is a 10 to 15-minute bike ride from the city center. Within less than a 5-minute walk, you’ll find an Albert Heijn, Kruidvat, and Action. It’s a peaceful neighborhood and generally low-noise.

I rarely use the heating, so the heating costs have been very low so far. Additionally, I cover most of the internet costs myself.

Smoking is not allowed inside. If you do want to smoke, it can be done on the balcony.
