A room is available in a pleasant, recently renovated apartment in a fantastic central location in Den Bosch. The apartment is shared with me, a working professional who works mostly from home.

The apartment is spread over two floors. The ground floor has a spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen and a separate toilet. Upstairs are two bedrooms, the bathroom with shower and sink, the room that is currently available.

The bedroom itself is on the smaller side, but it is practical and comfortably fits a bed, wardrobe and desk, making it suitable for both living and working/studying.

Furnished or unfurnished:
The room currently has furniture in it. If you are interested in buying the existing furniture, this can be discussed with the current tenant. Alternatively, the room can be completely emptied before you move in, allowing you to bring your own furniture.

Please note that the photos show the apartment unfurnished, as these were taken when the apartment was originally rented. The apartment is currently furnished, with most of the furniture belonging to me.

The location is probably the biggest advantage of this apartment:

🚆 2-minute walk from Den Bosch Central Station and Bus Station
🏙️ Around 5 minutes walking to the city centre
🌳 Quiet and calm residential surroundings with a big park 10 minutes walk
🔒 Safe and pleasant neighbourhood
Excellent connections for commuting by train and busses

The apartment was renovated around three years ago, so it is still in very good condition and has a good energy label. It also has solar panels.
