On the second floor of our house in Hintham (Rosmalen, 3 km. from the centre of Den Bosch) is a room for a female tenant to rent, starting from  1st February 2025. Rental period: half a year (max. 1 year).
The room is fully furnished and has a private sink. Wifi is available. The kitchen with electric 4-burner stove, dishwasher, refrigerator and lots of closet space, you will share with another tenant. Pans, utensils etc. are present. Furthermore, there is on the same floor a separate room with shower, toilet, washing machine and tumble dryer. The rental price is € 535,- per month, including everything. In the house there is a non-smoking appointment. Common areas are jointly maintained. The distance to the centre of Den Bosch is 3 km away. There are supermarkets and bus stops a 2-minute walk away. The house is located in a tree-lined street with a ditch across the road and is very close to 2 parks with a water feauture/beach where it is nice to stay. You can park free of charge in front of the house.
