About the place

Dear candidate,

As of the 15th of August or the 1st of September, 2025, we will have a beautiful room available. This room offers 20m² of usable space, which is divided into a bathroom and a sleeping/living area. The kitchen is located directly next to the room and is private as well. Essentially, you will have all facilities to yourself. The only thing you will share is the toilet in the hallway, which is used by one other person.

The house is located within a 10 to 15-minute walking distance from Delft’s city center and the train station. In total, the house is occupied by four people. Please note: These rooms are intended for students who are serious about their studies. This is not a student house where parties are organized.

The rent for the room is €825 per month, all costs included. The security deposit is one and a half times the monthly rent, which in this case amounts to €1,237.50.
