About the place

Hi house seeker! 
Our apartment on the Westlandseweg will be available for two people (a couple/two friends). Due to exciting travel plans, this apartment will be sublet from December 1, 2024 until March 1, with a chance of extension until July 1, 2025! 

From this apartment you can crawl to Aldi and roll to Delft station. The TU campus is a 10-minute bike ride away. The apartment that you can rent consists of a large furnished living room with open kitchen (30 m2) and south-facing balcony, a first bedroom (14m2) with desk, a second bedroom (15m2) with desk and couch and a second south-facing balcony. 

Are you Master students, PhD students or working? Then this is your chance! Our house is fully equipped, including a dishwasher, washing machine and many plants. It would therefore be cool if they got some water every now and then. The two separate rooms cost 625 euros incl. per room.
