About the place

Hello ladies!
A room will become available in our shared apartment in Delft as of January 1st, 2025. The house is shared with 2 other working girls in their late 20s, all amenities available incl. washing machine, dishwasher, TV, wifi. Rent is 630€ all included. The apartment is 2 min. walking distance to tram 1 & 19, Delft train station is about 12 mins walk. The room is about 10sqm with two small windows facing north/east and furniture can be negotiated with its previous tenant. The house is big and bright with lovely neighbors and in a great location, just on the edge of the city center. We're looking for another working girl in her late 20s willing to stay at least a year. We're not big on partying but would welcome someone friendly to share occasional meal/drink/chat. DM me with some info about yourself and in case of any questions :-)
