About the place

We are looking for a new flatmate for our beautiful and spacious apartment.

Ideally we would like to find a working person or a working student (master thesis or PhD) who can keep themself busy and who is looking for a comfortable place at home.

You will live with Marguerite (27) from France and Daniela (28) from Mexico. We are both working on our PhDs and have an active life, but we also like to make some time to hang out together for dinner, a movie, crafts or just a nice tea time chat.

The available room is 16m2 and unfurnished.
We also share a spacious living room, kitchen and bathroom, as well as a storage room in the basement and a backyard that is common with our neighbors. We are a 5 minutes walk from the city center and 5 minutes by bike from the station.

The room is available from February 1st, 2025.

The rent is around 650 euros per month incl. and the deposit is 1500 euros.
