We are looking for a new roommate for our beautiful and spacious apartment. Ideal for working student or working person who can keep themselves busy and who are looking for a quiet place at home.

You will live with Marguerite (26) from France and Daniela (27) from Mexico. We are both working and have an active life. 

The room (16m2) is available from March 01st, 2024.
The rent is around 650 euros per month incl. and the deposit is 1500 euros.

Spacious living room, kitchen and bathroom are shared. There is also a storage room in the basement and a backyard that is shared with our neighbours.
5 minutes walk from the city center and 5 minutes by bike from the station.

Furniture is for sell.
