About the place

This room will be rented out for the next six months, from March to September, for €700 per month. It is located in a canal house on Voorstraat. The train station is a 10-minute walk away, the supermarket is a 5-minute walk, the Grote Markt is also a 5-minute walk, and TU Delft is less than a 10-minute bike ride away. The interior (desk and cabinets) will remain, but all my personal belongings will be removed, so the room will be empty for you to furnish with your own items. The bed will not stay, so you will need to purchase one yourself.
