About the place

Room of 16 m² in the center of Delft. The house is located on the Voorstraat, a 2-minute walk from Albert Heijn and the Old Church. The room has double doors leading to the courtyard and a separate window, making it well-ventilated. It is a room in a student house with 10 other guys aged between 18 and 24. There are large shared spaces both inside and outside: a living room with a TV, a kitchen, a living room with a table, showers, toilets, a courtyard, and a backyard. The room is, of course, not shared and is for you alone. The room is TEMPORARILY available because I will be living abroad for a while. That’s why the room is furnished. The bed, closet, desk, chairs, plants, and most of the things hanging on the walls will remain in the room. The rest of my personal belongings, such as what is in the wardrobe and coats hanging on the door, will be removed. No changes can be made to the decorations or furniture.
