About the place

I wish to pass the accomodation to someone else until the end of my contract. It is a nice and cozy room at The Social Hub Delft. Perfect for a student that wants to spend the summer here. It has a big bed, 5G internet, Air Conditioner, personal bathroom, very spacious kitchen and very nice hall mates. Kitchenware and bed sheets are given by the accomodation. The location is very good, being right next to the train station, 5min walk from the city center and 10min bike to TU Delft. The building has a large lobby and restaurant downstairs, as well as a gym, study spaces and cozy hangout spaces. All students (bachelor, master or PhD) are welcome. Please note that the renting contract will be made with The Social Hub, under the "Take over" clause.
