About the place

Hi everyone! A spot has opened up at the Van Hasseltlaan and I’m looking for a female roommate! 

My name is Britt, I’m 25 years old and I’m currently doing a PhD :) I’m looking for someone a bit further along in their studies (Dutch/international) to become my new roommate! The spot opens up March 9 2025. 

The room is from DUWO - That means that you need to be enrolled as a student at the TU Delft and have a (free) DUWO account. 

The unfurnished room is 20,7 m2 and you will share a kitchen and bathroom with me. The jumbo is close by (literally a 5 minute walk), the tram stops in front of the flat (veryyyy handy) and the TU campus is a 15 minute bike ride away. 

I’m looking for someone who is happy to do their own thing, likes a clean space and is occasionally up for shared dinners and nice kitchen chats.

Note: The current rent is around €469 (including water/light/gas). Duwo might bump up the rent, but I don’t know by how much. Dutch students might be eligible for ‘huurtoeslag’.
