About the place

You will be sharing this apartment with me. The place is mostly unfurnished, but with some time effort and money I plan to make it a cosy home with some common room vibe. It will be quiet for most of the time. It is right behind the TU library and is about 10-15min bike from the station. Some surfaces of the place are slightly worn but still presentable. Utensils are not included and are allegedly in two digits. Heating can add another 150e on top of that in winter. The bedrooms are not so big, and their ventilation mainly relies on a shared balcony-like space. I expect to spend most of my time awake in the shared living room. No loud parties. Cleaning and upkeep will be scheduled on a regular basis and shared between us.
