About the place

We are a couple living in our owner-occupied home and are renting out a semi-furnished room on the second floor. The room has a bed, study table and private kitchenette with an induction hob, extractor hood and small fridge. The bathroom and toilets are shared, and a washer/dryer and indoor bicycle parking are available. The main kitchen and living room are not shared, and we prefer no regular guests.
