About the place

For Rent: Fully furnished room in home in the south of Delft with direct access to a balcony. 
Furnished room: bed, desk + chair and closet are available. 
We are looking for a new person to join us in our house on the 
Menno ter braaklaan, 2624TE in which you can move in September 1st. 
Master students preferred since we are looking for someone who would enjoy a peaceful study environment.
To help with this we have luxuries such as a dishwasher and washing machine in house!
Although there is certainly still room for a drink or other activities in our spacious common room.  
And to deal with pandemics there is a fibre optic internet connection provided so that lectures can even be followed from home!

The house itself is an apartment in a flat on the 15th floor with a magnificent view in which you will live with 4 people (including you).
It is within 5 minutes walking distance of a big supermarket (AH XL) and very close to tram and bus which makes for a good connection to the station or the city centre of Delft. 
We are also close to the highway next to Delft which means you can easily reach it by car. (check google-maps). 
It's only 10 minutes by bike to reach the University. All in all everything is close by.
