About the place

We are looking for a female tenant for a semi-furnished room with a private kitchenette in our home. The room is on the 2nd floor of the home. We are a couple living in owner-occupied home and want to make use of the spare room.

- What’s included:
  - Room with a bed, mattress, and study table  
  - Private kitchenette with an induction hob, extractor hood, and a small fridge  
  - Shared bathroom with toilet on the 1st floor
  - Shared toilet on the ground floor
  - Washer and dyer
  - Indoor bicycle parking in the lockable shed 
  - Note: The living room and kitchen on the ground floor are not shared. We prefer you to not have regular guests in the room.

Price:
675 EUR base rent + 60 EUR utilities (gas, electricity, internet, water)
