About the place

SHORT-TERM SUBLET (NO CHANCE of extension)

From *December 15th until January 12th* included, a 14m2 room in DELFT (Van de Spiegelstraat) will be available.
The sublet comes to a *reduced price* from the original cost as I will ask the tenant to *take care of the cat of the house*: Duchessa!

This implies feeding her twice a day and cleaning the litter. Plus, the room is the main one attended by her.
Perfect for those cat-lovers who want to look for a long-term place while being on site in Delft, Den Haag or Rotterdam!

The house is located right behind Delft station (7 minutes walking) and 5-minutes-walking to the centre. So also the other city are very easy to reach from here. And the neighbourhood is extremely quite although very central.

You will be sharing the flat with 3 other people who live in the house (only one or two will be present during the period): an Indian guy (32yo), a Chilenean girl (26yo) and an Italian girl (23yo). They all work or study, like to hang out and respect privacy and quiet time in the house.
