About the place

Are you looking for a spacious room in a prime location in Delft? A room will become available immediately on the first floor of a large student house on the Spoorsingel. The room is 18 m², has high ceilings, and overlooks the backyard. It comes almost fully furnished, including a wardrobe, desk, and chair. Please note: a bed is not included.

You will share the bathroom and toilet with three other housemates on the same floor. In total, the house is shared with 13 male students, with whom you will share a living room, TV room, kitchen, and a very spacious backyard. Meals are not shared, and the new tenant is expected to take care of their own groceries and cooking. A private space in the fridge is provided.

The house is in an excellent location: only a 5-minute walk from Delft Central Station and right next to the city center. Everything you need is within reach!

This room is rented with a focus on independence. The tenant is not expected to participate in the social life of the house.
