Kitchen includes: Washing machine  / Elec Hob / Fun Hood / 2 big Refrigerators / Microwave / Oven.

Bathroom and Toilet: Bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, shower. Toilet is separated.
Room contains: bed (90x200), mattress, desk, chair, wardrobe, bookcase.
The room is available from 6 June, 2025. First contract is til 31 July, 2026. Extension is possible.
Registration is allowed.
Rent includes incl. WiFi, water gas electricity, heating and city taxes (with energy in normal usage).
Deposit is two months rent.
No pet, No smoke in the house, not for party animal.
