About the place

Hi! Because I'll be traveling, I'm subletting my room from the 1st of February until mid-May! (exact date negotiable). 

You'll be living with 3 female roommates, all master students or graduates, right in the center of Delft! We're preferably looking for someone who is further along in their studies. The room is 15m2, fully furnished with a bed, desk, small couch, closet, etc., located on the canal with a view of the Old Church! The rent is €430 per month (including utilities/internet). 

We are a social house and enjoy eating together, having a cup of tea or a beer when we're home. We also have a cozy shared living room, kitchen, bathroom, and a spacious roof terrace. We live just a few minutes by bike from the train station and 5-10 minutes from the TU. Are you the enthusiastic subtenant we are looking for?
