About the place

Hi all,
A room becomes available at our place for a female. We are Angelica and Renske, one of us is a PhD student and the other is working already for a couple of years.

We are a relaxed house and we do our own thing but we like to check in with each other to hear how we are doing and eat together if our schedule aligns. It is a cosy house and we expect that each of us contributes to keep the shared areas clean and tidy. The house is located near the TU Delft and 10-15 minutes cycling from the train station and the green area Delftse Hout.

About the house:
Spacious living room, and two balconies. Standard kitchen things like an oven but no dishwasher. Separate shower and toilet. The bedroom has a single bed that can be extended to a double bed and has a built-in wardrobe. On the ground floor there is a storage room for bicycles. We have a spare bicycle that can be used.
