Dear candidate,

We will have a room available from December 1st or 15th. The date is flexible and not fixed. The room is not located in a student house, but is instead ideal for a student who wants to focus on his or her studies and enjoys having their own space.

The room is very conveniently located, right across from Delft Central Station and within walking distance of the city center.

The room is situated on the 2nd floor at the front of the building and is approximately 17m² in size. It also has its own washbasin. There is a kitchen and a bathroom on the same floor, which you will share with two other people.

The rent for the room is €675 per month. This amount includes all additional costs. The security deposit is one and a half times the monthly rent, which in this case amounts to €1,012.50.
