We have a room available starting the 15th of June or the 1st of July. With its own rooftop terrace, located opposite the central station of Delft. This means it's also just a 5-minute walk from the city center of Delft. 

The room is approximately 18m2 in size and has plenty of light due to the large windows. Furthermore, there is a sink in the bedroom. The bathroom and kitchen are shared with two other people. The room is located on the second floor.

The rent is €675 per month. This includes all costs. There is also a security deposit of one and a half times the monthly rent, which in this case is €1,012.50.
