About the place

Hi there,

We are a mixed student house in Delft, currently home to 9 male and 7 female housemates. As of July 1st, a room of approximately 16 m² will become available. We’re looking for someone to sublet it until mid-September 2025.

Rent: €390 per month, all-inclusive
Location: Delft – 5 minutes by bike from TU Delft and within walking distance of the market and city center
Housemates: 9 men and 7 women
Furnished: Bed, mattress, and desk can be provided upon agreement
