About the place

Summer sublet in the heart of Delft: from July 3rd to September 3rd, 2025, a 13m² unfurnished room will become available in a lively student house right in the center of Delft. You’ll be living with 15 friendly housemates who often cook, hang out, and enjoy summer together. The room itself is in a quiet part of the house, offering a nice space to relax or focus.

The location is perfect – within walking distance of supermarkets, cafés, bars, and all the charm Delft has to offer. TU Delft and Delft Central Station are only a 5-minute bike ride away. The beautiful Delftse Hout park is just around the corner, ideal for walking, running, or cycling.

The house includes a shared kitchen, several bathrooms, a living room, and a balcony to enjoy the fresh air. You're welcome to use everything the house offers.
