Spacious and charming 18m² room for rent on the beautiful Oude Delft! 

I am renting out one bright room,  18m² and €520 per month including utilities.

The room is located directly on the canal and offers a wonderful view over one of the most beautiful spots in Delft. Thanks to the windows, plenty of natural light comes in, giving the room an open and cosy atmosphere.

With 18 m² there is more than enough space to live, study and relax comfortably. The room also has built-in wardrobes, providing plenty of storage space for all your belongings. A toilet and shower are located directly next to the rooms, offering extra comfort and convenience.

Furniture can remain in the room upon agreement. The only item that is not guaranteed to stay is the bed. 

You will be living with 9 friendly housemates and our sweet cat Joopie in a lively student house. The spacious living room and shared kitchen make the house a great place to socialise and spend time together. In addition, the house has a very large garden, perfect for sitting outside in summer and relaxing with friends.

The location is ideal: right in the historic city centre of Delft, within walking distance of shops, cafés, restaurants and the university.
