We live with 14 boys and girls in a beautiful house on the Spoorsingel in Delft. With four bathrooms, large shared living room/kitchen, and big, sunny garden we have all luxuries needed. We’re an active group, undertaking many activities together, but also space to withdraw yourself if needed. 

Rent is €478,23 and utilities €56,65, which in total concludes to €534,88. Internet, tv, washer and dryer also available. 7 minutes by bike to the TU Delft, 4 minutes to the train station.
