About the place

From August 1st to October 1st, a room will become available at Oude Delft 89, in a large and lively student house with 28 housemates. The house is located in the heart of Delft, within walking distance of the train station.

The room is unfurnished, approximately 30 m², and costs €600 per month, all inclusive (gas, water, electricity, and internet). You’ll share facilities such as the kitchen, bathrooms, and several common living areas with the rest of the house.

It’s an ideal spot if you’re staying in Delft temporarily or want to get a taste of student life. There’s also the possibility to extend your stay until the end of January, as several housemates will be going abroad for their minors starting in September.
